The AOZ5049QI-02 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module (DrMOS) consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver. The compact 3.5mm x 5mm QFN package is designed to minimize parasitic inductance and thus the EMI signature. The High-Side MOSFET is optimized for low capacitance and gate charge for low switching loss. The Low-Side MOSFET has ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction loss. It provides precise control via both PWM and FCCM inputs with 5V Tri-State Logic compatibility.
