The AOZ5017QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module (DrMOS) consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver. It is designed for high-current and high-performance applications. The High-Side MOSFET is optimized for low capacitance and gate charge for low switching loss. The Low-Side MOSFET has ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction loss. It is compatible with 5V (CMOS) logic and supports Tri-State PWM.
