The AONS21357 is a high-current capability P-channel Power MOSFET featuring the latest advanced trench technology by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. It provides high efficiency in notebook AC-in load switching and battery protection (charge/discharge) circuits due to its low on-resistance (RDS(ON)). The DFN 5x6 package offers excellent thermal performance and high power density. It is 100% UIS and Rg tested.

• Function: -36A -30V High-Performance P-Channel Power MOSFET. 
• Drain-Source Voltage (VDS): -30V. 
• Gate-Source Voltage (VGS): ±25V. 
• Continuous Drain Current (ID): -36A (VGS = -10V). 
• On-Resistance (RDS(on) Max): 7.8mΩ (@VGS = -10V); 12.3mΩ (@VGS = -4.5V).
