This product is the Middle Placing Hole apparatus common to all AMD Fire Range and Dragon Range HX FL1 socket mobile processors. Although the top surface reads "AMD R7 7745 HX", this middle placing hole fits ALL FL1 socket Fire Range and Dragon Range HX processors because they all share the identical µFC-BGAFL1 BGA package footprint. Before placing an order, please check out the product photos and compare them with the chipset/CPU you have.

• 3. 3D Stencil: Separate model for each processor. 

Technical Details: Socket: FL1 (µFC-BGAFL1), Package: µFC-BGAFL1 BGA. All these processors share the same BGA layout. 

Application: Place the processor in the middle placing hole, place 3D stencil on top, secure with Base Magnet. Excess solder balls exit through stencil channel. Solder paste also usable (technician skill dependent).
