3D Stencil Set Consists of 3 Parts: 

1. Base Magnet 
2. Spacer Frame (Middle Placing Hole): Manufactured separately for each chipset model.
3. 3D Stencil: Designed separately for each chipset model (this product).

Application: 
Place the chipset to be reballed into the spacer frame. Place the 3D stencil on top, then secure with the base magnet. This allows the reballing process to be performed safely and easily.

When using solder balls, the channels on the stencil facilitate the removal of excess balls. Solder paste can also be used; this is entirely up to the technician's preference.
