This product is the Spacer Frame (Positioning Mold) specifically designed for AMD Radeon graphics processors (GPU) with the BGA-1401 package structure, compatible with XZZ magnetic reballing sets. It is engineered to secure popular Polaris architecture GPU Chips such as RX580, RX570, and RX480 onto the Base Magnet and align them with the stencil. Manufactured from high-temperature resistant synthetic/composite material.

The Spacer Frame is physically compatible with Chipsets in the BGA-1401 package structure (it is your responsibility to verify if your product has the BGA-1401 structure before purchase).
