The TPS51123, also known by its orderable device names TPS51123RGET and TPS51123RGER, is a cost-effective, dual-synchronous buck controller from Texas Instruments, targeted for notebook system power supply solutions. This IC integrates 5V and 3.3V 100mA LDOs, requiring minimal external components. It features an adaptive on-time D-CAP™ control architecture that provides high efficiency and fast transient responses. Its selectable Out-of-Audio™ mode enables low acoustic noise under light-load conditions with much higher efficiency than conventional forced PWM operation.
