Product Features 

The SY8386BRHC is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down (buck) DC/DC regulator capable of delivering 6A current, manufactured by Silergy. It integrates the main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss. It also provides a fixed 3.3V internal LDO with 100mA current capability, which can be used to power external peripherals such as a keyboard controller in notebooks. Utilizing Silergy's proprietary Instant-PWM fast-response COT control architecture, it provides stable operation without complex compensation and performs highly even with low-ESR ceramic capacitors.
