Product Features 

The NCP81307MNTXG is a single-rail, 4-phase PWM controller with an SVID interface, optimized by ON Semiconductor for Intel's IMVP9 CPUs. Its multi-phase rail control system is based on Dual-Edge PWM combined with DCR current sensing to provide an ultra-fast initial response to dynamic load events and reduce system costs. It features an ultra-low offset current monitor amplifier with programmable offset compensation for highly accurate current monitoring. Designed to meet the power requirements of desktop and notebook processors, it comes in a 40-pin QFN package.
