Product Features 

The NB693GQ-Z is a fully integrated, high-frequency synchronous step-down switch-mode converter designed by Monolithic Power Systems (MPS). Operating over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 28V, it delivers 10A of continuous output current. It utilizes internal power MOSFETs with low Rds(on) to minimize power losses. Featuring MPS's proprietary Adaptive constant-on-time (COT) control architecture, it provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Its Adjustable Current Limit (CLM) feature allows current limiting to be programmed between 8.5A and 16.5A. It ensures safe operation with comprehensive protection features including OCL, OVP, UVP, and thermal shutdown. With its compact QFN-16 package, it is an ideal power solution for DDR memory, USB Type-C, IMVP9 compatible systems, and distributed power systems.
