Product Features 

The NB692GD-Z is a fully integrated, high-frequency synchronous step-down switch-mode converter designed by Monolithic Power Systems (MPS). Operating over a wide input voltage range from 5V to 26V, it delivers up to 8A of continuous output current. To minimize power loss and maximize efficiency, it utilizes internal power MOSFETs with low Rds(on) resistances of 28mΩ and 14mΩ. Featuring a proprietary switching loss reduction technique, it ensures high efficiency while operating at a fixed 500kHz switching frequency to reduce external component requirements. It provides safe operation with full protection features including internal soft start, output discharge, OCP, OVP, UVP, and thermal shutdown. With its compact QFN-12 package, it is an ideal power solution for space-constrained applications such as notebooks, flat panel TVs, and network systems.
