Product Features 

The MP2762AGV is a highly integrated buck or boost charger IC with Narrow Voltage DC (NVDC) power path management and USB On-the-Go (OTG) designed for battery packs with two cells in series. All power MOSFET components are integrated to provide a compact system solution size. The device can accept a wide range of input voltage for charging, operating from 4V up to 21V. It operates in boost charging mode when the input voltage is below 5.75V, and in buck charging mode when the input voltage exceeds 8.5V. Through the I2C interface, parameters such as the input current limit, charge current (up to 6A), battery-full voltage, and safety charge timer can be flexibly configured. To comply with IMVP8 specifications, it features three analog output pins for PSYS (system power), IAM (input current), and IBM (battery current), as well as a PROCHOT pin for system power control. For safe operation, it is equipped with comprehensive protection features including Input Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Battery OVP, System OVP, thermal shutdown, and battery temperature protection.
