The MX25L12873F is a 16 Megabyte (128M-bit), 3V high-performance CMOS Serial NOR Flash memory manufactured by Macronix. In addition to the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), it supports Dual I/O, Quad I/O, and QPI (Quad Peripheral Interface) modes for high-speed data transfer. With its low power consumption and high read/write speeds, it is ideally suited for data storage in computer BIOS/UEFI chips, networking devices, and general embedded systems.
