Application: Clean chipset and heatsink surfaces thoroughly to remove any residue. Avoid using sharp objects. If necessary, use a cotton pad with thinner for cleaning. Apply a sufficient amount of paste with the spatula, spreading a thin layer over the chipset/IHS surface. The paste will spread evenly after heatsink installation.
