Application: Clean chipset and heatsink surfaces thoroughly to remove any residue. Avoid using sharp objects. Use the cleaning wipe. Apply a sufficient amount of paste with the spatula, spreading a thin layer over the chipset/IHS surface. The paste will spread evenly after heatsink installation. 

Condition: Original, in its packaging.
