What is a Liquid Thermal Pad/Putty?

• Liquid Thermal Pad – a high-quality thermally conductive material used to eliminate the problem of overheating of electronic components in computers, laptops, and other electronic devices.
• It is quite easy to apply. With LTP81 you don’t need to measure the thickness of your old thermal pad or look up specifications online. Often this information cannot be acquired. Hence Fehonda’s Liquid Thermal Pad offers the practical solution you need.
• Fehonda LTP81 is a one-component liquid thermal pad that forms a dense layer, ensuring tight contact between heat-generating parts such as VRAMs, MOSFETs and the heatsink.
• It does not contain metal particles, does not damage metals, and does not cause corrosion. This makes it safe for use on all types of surfaces. LTP81 can also be applied using the spatula included in the package.
• The product has been tested in accordance with ASTM D792, ASTM D2240, ASTM D149, ASTM D257, and UL94 standards.

Application: Memory or MOSFET surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly without leaving any residue. Do not use sharp objects. If necessary, clean with cotton and thinner. Once clean, apply a sufficient amount of liquid thermal pad considering the gap between the heatsink and the component. When applied correctly, it spreads homogeneously after heatsink installation. Unlike other putties, it does not have low viscosity, making it easier to apply and clean. 

Condition: Sealed in 30GRs original jar. Due to this product's custom weight, it has no outer packaging, yet comes with the authenticity sticker on top. 

Warranty: No warranty is provided for semiconductor products. Opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
