Product Features 

The NDC300RA is a fully integrated MOSFET driver, high-side MOSFET, and low-side MOSFET packaged into a single solution by NIKO-SEM, optimized for high-current DC-DC buck power conversion applications. Compared to discrete component solutions, this integrated device significantly reduces package parasitics and board space. It is capable of delivering up to 55A of average current and supports high-frequency switching up to 1 MHz. It features an internal bootstrap diode, reducing the need for external components. The driver is compatible with 3.3V or 5V PWM inputs and responds appropriately to 3-level (tri-state) PWM signals, supporting diode emulation mode via the SMOD# pin. It is an ideal power solution for desktop and notebook microprocessors, servers, and high-current Point-of-Load DC-DC converters.
