The HP8K22 is a dual N-Channel (Nch+Nch) Power MOSFET manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor, housed in an HSOP8 package. It is specifically designed for DC/DC converters and general switching applications. The two internal asymmetrical N-Channel transistors (Tr1 and Tr2) are optimized to provide low on-resistance, minimizing conduction losses and maximizing switching efficiency. It meets current environmental standards with its Pb-free and Halogen-free design.
