It is specifically designed for DC/DC converters in computing, server, and telecommunication systems. It offers high current carrying capacity with very low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) and low gate charge. The device is 100% UIS and Rg tested to meet reliability standards.

• Function: 30V 55A/85A Asymmetric Dual N-Channel Power MOSFET. 
• Drain-Source Voltage (VDS): 30V (Common for Q1 and Q2). 
• Continuous Drain Current (ID): 55A for Q1, 85A for Q2 (@VGS=10V). 
• On-Resistance (RDS(on) Max): 5mΩ for Q1 (@VGS=10V); 2mΩ for Q2 (@VGS=10V).
