The AOZ5116QI-01 is a high efficiency synchronous buck power stage module consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver. It is designed for high-current, high-performance applications and comes with low noise technology enhancement at the switching node to reduce noise interference. The High-Side MOSFET is optimized to achieve low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching with low duty cycle operation. The Low-Side MOSFET has ultra low ON resistance to minimize conduction loss. It is compatible with 3V and 5V (CMOS) logic and supports Tri-State PWM.
