Manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, this component is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver. The High-Side MOSFET is optimized for low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching, while the Low-Side MOSFET features ultra-low on-resistance to minimize conduction loss. It supports accurate control via PWM input compatible with 3V and 5V (CMOS) logic. It also supports diode emulation mode (SMOD#) to improve light-load performance.
