The AOZ5276QI is a general-purpose Smart Power Stage (SPS) module designed for CPU power supplies and high-current, high-frequency DC-DC voltage converters. It contains two asymmetrical MOSFETs (switching transistors) and an integrated driver. This module provides an output current signal (IMON) that can be used directly instead of sensing inductor resistance (inductor DCR) or external resistors, without the need for external temperature compensation. The IMON signal gain is 5mV/A. It also includes a temperature monitoring signal (TMON) with a gain of **8mV/°C** (8 millivolts per degree Celsius). The High-Side and Low-Side MOSFETs are individually optimized for fast switching and minimum energy loss (low conduction loss), respectively. This model features a **90A continuous output current** capacity.
