The AOZ5166QI-01 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module (DrMOS) consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver. It fully complies with Intel DrMOS Rev 4.0 specifications. The High-Side MOSFET is optimized to achieve low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching with low duty cycle operation. The Low-Side MOSFET has ultra-low Rds(on) resistance to minimize conduction loss. It is compatible with **3V (CMOS)** logic and supports Tri-State PWM. (Note: This revision is 3V compatible, while the previous model was 5V compatible.)
