AONS32310 is a 30V N-Channel MOSFET IC featuring trench Power MOSFET technology developed by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. It offers high current capability with low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) and low gate charge. It is specifically designed for high-performance ORing, Efuse applications, and ultra-high current battery charge/discharge circuits. Featuring a DFN 5x6 package, this product is RoHS and Halogen-Free compliant. It is also 100% UIS and Rg tested.
