This P-channel Power MOSFET utilizes advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and ultra-low gate charge. It is specifically designed for use as a load switch or in PWM applications. The DFN 3x3 EP package provides high power density in space-constrained designs. The device is 100% UIS and Rg tested for enhanced reliability.
