High-performance N-channel Power MOSFET manufactured using proprietary AlphaMOS (MOS LV) technology by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. It provides maximum efficiency in power management thanks to its very low gate charge and ultra-low on resistance (RDS(ON)) even at 4.5V logic levels. It is optimized for computer motherboards, servers, POL (Point of Load) modules, and isolated DC/DC converters. The DFN 5x6 package offers superior thermal dissipation and high-power density.
