The AON6502 is a high-efficiency N-Channel Power MOSFET from Alpha Omega, featuring the latest Trench Power AlphaMOS (αMOS LV) technology. This component offers a 30V Drain-Source voltage and a continuous drain current capability of up to 85A at 10V Vgs. It is distinguished by its ultra-low Rds(on) value, which is less than 2.2mΩ at Vgs=10V. This low on-resistance minimizes conduction losses, thereby increasing system efficiency. Its low gate charge (Qg) characteristic enables fast switching performance. Housed in a compact DFN5X6 package, it is ideal for space-constrained designs. It is commonly used in power management circuits such as DC/DC converters in computing, servers, and POL (Point-of-Load) applications, as well as isolated DC/DC converters in telecom and industrial systems.
