This device includes two specialized N-Channel MOSFETs in an asymmetric dual Power Clip 56 package solution. The switch node has been internally connected to enable easy placement and routing of synchronous buck converters. Its low inductance packaging shortens rise/fall times, resulting in lower switching losses. The control MOSFET (Q1) and synchronous SyncFET (Q2) have been designed to provide optimal power efficiency.

• Function: 30V 17A/32A Asymmetric Dual N-Channel Power MOSFET. 
• Drain-Source Voltage (VDS): 30V (Common for Q1 and Q2). 
• Continuous Drain Current (ID): 17A for Q1, 32A for Q2 (TA = 25°C). 
• On-Resistance (RDS(on) Max): 5.0 mΩ for Q1 (@VGS=10V); 1.6 mΩ for Q2 (@VGS=10V).
